This is a super-clean Yamaha YSS-475 soprano saxophone. The 475 is Yamaha's "intermediate" soprano, but make no mistake, it plays great, in tune and with a beautiful tone. Included are a Yamaha mouthpiece, ligature and cap. All you need are the reeds!
