Buffet Clarinet #1L176 was manufactured in Paris, France, in 1920. Buffet was experimenting with new design ideas. Note the wrap-around register key, the interesting "doughnut" key for the left hand middle finger, and keywork down to low Eb, which enabled to player to have the same range as an A clarinet, and the left hand pinky Ab/Eb lever. This is a "Full Boehm System" clarinet. All the bells and whistles. This clarinet has been put into good playing condition, but you may have to get your repair tech to overhaul it, or have us do it in our shop.
